CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Rooms at our property are reserved by paying a deposit of at least 30% of the value of the stay through the website www.amariseforie.ro. The remaining balance of the full value of the stay is paid on the date of arrival at the property.
If you cancel the reservation and/or do not arrive on the reservation date, the deposit is NOT refunded except in cases of death or incurable illness, which must be proven by supporting documents.
The property's policy is NOT to refund the accommodation cost in the event of departure before the end of the reserved period. If the guest shortens their stay at the property during the stay or beforehand, the difference from the stay originally purchased is NOT refunded.
If the guest requests a change of property, room configuration, stay period or any of the services, this is equivalent to cancelling the reservation, retaining the deposit and making a new reservation. The deposit for a reservation or early departures will not be treated as a deposit for other reservations.
IMPORTANT! Once you have paid for accommodation services in any form, you are considered to have read and agreed to the payment methods, the cancellation/refund policy and the operating Terms and conditions.
